How We Work

1. Request

Every LegalBalkan matter begins with a clear understanding of the client’s request. We review the initial information, identify the relevant jurisdiction, determine the nature of the legal issue, and assess which documents or additional details may be required. Whether the matter concerns company formation, immigration, real estate, litigation, debt recovery, public procurement, or another cross-border issue, our first objective is to define the scope of the request accurately and efficiently.

2. Consultation

Once the initial request has been reviewed, we evaluate the legal and practical aspects of the matter together with the client. During the consultation stage, we explain the applicable legal framework, possible procedures, estimated timelines, potential risks, and available options. For cross-border matters, we also consider local administrative practices and jurisdiction-specific requirements so that the client can make an informed decision before proceeding.

3. Proporsal and Agreement

After the scope of work has been determined, LegalBalkan provides a clear proposal outlining the services to be performed, the expected process, professional fees, and any anticipated third-party costs. Once the terms are agreed, the engagement is formalized through the appropriate legal services agreement or authorization documents. Our aim is to ensure transparency from the beginning so that the client understands what will be done, how the process will be managed, and what costs may arise.

4. Execution

Following engagement, we begin the legal and administrative work required for the matter. This may include preparing applications, drafting contracts, obtaining official documents, coordinating translations and notarizations, communicating with authorities, filing court proceedings, or working with licensed local lawyers and other professionals. Through our one-stop service model, LegalBalkan coordinates the different stages of the process through a single point of contact.

5. Control

Every matter is monitored throughout its progress to ensure that deadlines, procedural requirements, documents, and communications are properly managed. We review developments, identify potential issues at an early stage, and take appropriate action where additional documentation, clarification, or legal intervention is required. Our control process combines professional legal review with technology-supported case and document management to maintain consistency, accuracy, and transparency.

6. Delivery and Support

Once the agreed legal work has been completed, we provide the client with the relevant documents, results, registrations, decisions, or other deliverables together with an explanation of any remaining obligations or recommended next steps. Where the matter requires ongoing assistance, LegalBalkan continues to provide post-completion support, including corporate maintenance, renewals, compliance, enforcement, contract follow-up, and additional legal advice. Our objective is not only to complete the immediate assignment, but also to provide reliable legal support throughout the client’s activities in the Balkans.
